What is the best way to get a neighbor to stop listening on a high level?
I lived in a flat two years. Recently, new neighbors moved next door. They play loud music with the windows open time of 19 hours after 1:30. What is the best way to stop playing loud music. I am and my mind and want it to police or the Board of Directors Report
First, one could go and explain your problem – but do not be mean / rude to see / evil, as it goes, if it then you could contact the Council / police, but I'm not sure what to do other things then their music and them an ASBO which prevents it a lot of noise to Times
